What is Anxiety and Stress really like? Through verse this book aims to give an insight into the everyday for a person who has anxiety, stress and panic attacks.
I was asked 'what anxiety is like' and from the question asked me that day and my difficulty in trying to describe through the spoken word how to answer what anxiety is from my personal experience, these verses emerged. I just wrote down the thoughts that came to me. I hope they help to give an insight into how controlling and difficult anxiety and stress can be.
Anxiety is my friend or fiend?
The intention of this book is to give that glimpse into the world of anxiety, stress, PTSD for others to have an insight into that world. It is not a self-help book in the conventional sense, the aim of the book isn't to let others know what to do but to enable through verse the world of anxiety to open up for all. For those who experience anxiety and those who don't but want a glimpse into how it is.
